Located on a prominent corner of on arterial road connecting to I-95, the design of this renovated retail center acts as a beacon for those entering the commercial district of Stafford, Virginia. The design looks at providing a modern presence to an existing low-rise building by raising the height of the building, incorporating a new metal panel system and providing glazing on all sides for enhanced transparency.
